A Tiled Path

In this appartment lived an elderly couple who loved to spend time in the front garden dominated by the central hibiscus but they had mobility problems that made their steps onto the garden unsafe. Since the garden belongs to the community, they couldn’t build anything permanent so we opted for installing floating terracotta tiles. The old lady asked us to use a diamond design and we traced two soft lines that fitted the vibe of the space.

The table and chairs were moved to a more sunny corner and this action unbalanced the elements of the garden. In order to restore balance, we moved three pots next to the other path, They were unaligned so all the plants could be observed from any point.
We were asked to get the garden ready too, so we dealed with the pruning, dead plants, replanting, mowing, etc.
